Come and share a day in our professional kitchen and learn some of the secrets to making a delicious range of real breads including sourdoughs, spelt, rye, pain rustique and stotties.


The day will include an introduction to the nutritional and taste benefits of small scale milling, and an opportunity to produce your own fresh flour for a bake. The rich taste and smell of a loaf baked with freshly milled flour is not to be missed – satisfying for body and soul!
